Completion of: multi-award winning ‘The Cottage’ a transformation of an 18th Century cottage into a contemporary family home. ‘The Gin Distillery’ a restaurant and bar in London for leading English Winemakers Chapel Down; ‘Process Gallery’ a purpose-built gallery and bespoke studio for X-ray Artist Nick Veasey; ‘Elwick Place’ in Ashford which includes a new Picturehouse cinema; ‘Manor Barn’ a new build dwelling in rural Kent for Quinn Estates.
Planning secured for: a new School Hall and Music Hall for ‘Benenden School’; a dwelling and equestrian facilities for ‘Angley Stud’; ‘Deer House’ a new dwelling situated in an ancient parkland within the High Weald AONB; ‘Sydenham’s Timber Yard’ a new accessible public realm scheme in Poole Harbour; ‘Horses Corner’ a new destination hotel for Margate; and a new Water Sports Centre and Estates Office for ‘Chatham Maritime Trust’
In 2019 we look forward to seeing the completion of: ‘F51’ the exciting multi-level urban skatepark in Folkestone for the Shepway Sports Trust; ‘The Curious Brewery’ for Chapel Down in Ashford; the outcome of the planning submission for the Kent Wool Growers site in Ashford for regeneration specialists U&I; and the ongoing construction of the ‘Slatters Hotel’ in Canterbury.
We’d like to say a big “Thank You” to all those we have collaborated with in 2018 and we look forward to a New Year, to continue the hard work on the exciting projects we have been lucky enough to be involved with and to welcome in new opportunities for 2019!
