Erik joined the Practice in 2019 after relocating with his family from London to Folkestone. He now assists Mike Pearson in Studio 2 with his broad experience in delivery and planning ranging from smaller scale project to large scale residential and mixed use developments.
Over the last decade his work included the Earl Attlee House, Limehouse -London, Phase 2 of the Woodberry Down re-development with 400 homes in North London including a 30 storey tower as well as the White Chapel Central development in East London with 600 dwellings.
At Hollaway Erik is the Project Architect for Chatham Waterfront, a scheme that will provide 175 high-quality residential units with views across the River Medway and 1150sqm of accommodation at ground floor that will include co-working office space, as well as a restaurant, café’s and shops to create a lively and active new waterfront.
In his spare time when he is not herding his 3 children, Erik likes to socialise, play football and enjoys living close to the seaside. He also is a keen cyclist so if you are lucky you might spot him in the mornings along the Hythe sea promenade fighting the westerly wind on his way to work.
