Hamza Jan

Part I Architectural Assistant

Hamza is a Part I Assistant and graduate from the University of Kent, where his studies gave him a strong foundation in design skills and critical thinking. During his time there, he developed a real passion for socially responsive architecture and how the built environment can bring people together, encourage inclusivity, and create a sense of belonging. His interests focus on how spaces can offer more than just function, becoming places that spark interaction and connection. Hamza is especially drawn to projects that engage with the public and make people feel valued within their surroundings. Always eager to learn, he looks for new ways to expand his understanding of architecture and bring fresh ideas into his work.

Outside of architecture, Hamza enjoys exploring creativity in other ways. He spends time drawing, both as a design tool and as a personal hobby, and he plays the guitar, which adds another layer of artistic expression to his outlook.
