James joined Hollaway’s London Studio in March 2025, specialising in the remodelling of historic buildings and low‑carbon design. He brings experience from high-profile projects, including the new London Museum at Smithfield Market. James studied at Manchester University, focusing on the contemporary reuse of existing buildings. He draws further inspiration from his travels, documenting architecture through sketching and photography—an ongoing practice that informs and enriches his design approach.
